Prayer:- The Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue a direction to the Family Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2014 as early as possible.

O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for early disposal of O.S.No.1 of 2014 on the file of Family Court, Tiruvallur.

It is seen that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.1 of 2014 before the Family Court, Tiruvallur, praying for declaration that the marraige registered between the petitioner and the 1st respondent on 23.04.2014 in the office of the second respondent as null and void and for mandatory injunction, to cancel the registration and for permanent injunction.

Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not married with the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent colluded with officials in the Sub-Registrar Office got registered the marriage. It is further submitted that even in HCP.No.1333 of 2014, father of the petitioner has filed a detailed counter and the same is accepted by this Court.

4. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the original suit and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Famil Court, Tiruvallur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed. No costs.
