This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 17.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5532 of 2023 that the petitioner should stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of police, Fort Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in the order dated 17.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Fort Police Station, Salem every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
