Prayer : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 27.10.2014 and thereby, direct the respondents to pay the pending arrears of salary to the petitioners since 25.07.2014 to 17.10.2014 without any further delay.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 27th October 2014 submitted by the writ petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners contended that the writ petitioners are working as Watchman/Sweeper/Cook and subsequently, transfer order were issued to the writ petitioners in the year 2014. The orders of transfer were challenged by the writ petitioners and they got an interim stay for the transfer orders on 25th September 2014 and continued in the same place and served.

3. However, the salary for the period, from which the interim order was in force, has not been disbursed to the writ petitioners. In this regard, the writ petitioners made their representations on 27.10.2014 to pay the pending arrears of salary. However, the respondents have not considered the representations and pass orders. Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations dated 27.10.2014 submitted by the writ petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
