ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for not obeying the order passed in W.P.No.34928 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34928 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025 has been duly complied with and pleaded to close the Petition, for which, there is no objection on the side of the petitioner.
