2. Pursuant to my order dated 04.07.2025, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.II, Kanchipuram (FTC), has field a report in D.No.429 of 2025 dated 10.07.2025 to the Registry of this Court, stating that the suit is pending trial and the next hearing date, 28.07.2025.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this revision, notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with. Though vide order dated 04.07.2025, I requested the learned Trial Judge to indicate the time required to dispose of the suit, the learned Judge has not indicated any time limit, considering that the trial is yet to commence, I am inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition and directing learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.II, Kanchipuram, to conclude the trial in O.S. No.312 of 2023 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No costs.
