Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to 'F' order in PR No.167/1995 dated 07.02.2018 passed by the first respondent and the order C.No.B2/4003/2018 in Appeal No.08/2018 dated 24.05.2018 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with effect from 07.02.2018 with all consequential benefits including arrears of pay and allowances and pass such further orders.
