The petitioner is the husband. He claims to be resident of 1\4

Nungambakkam. The respondent/wife is a resident of Ramapuram in Chennai.

The petitioner and the respondent entered into matrimony on 27.05.2007. The matrimony has resulted in two children, who are said to be studying in P.S.B.B. Millennium School in Gerugambakkam, Chennai. 3.

The respondent/wife has initiated proceedings in H.M.O.P. No. 46 of 2023 on the file of Sub Court, Usilampatti, which the petitioner/husband wants to be transferred to the file of Family Court at Chennai.

Considering the fact that both the petitioner and the respondent are working in Chennai; that the respondent/wife is only attending to business in Usilampatti and also taking into consideration that the wife is having residence at Ramapuram, which is nearer to Alandur, H.M.O.P. No. 46 of 2023 pending on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court at Alandur. 5.

The transfer C.M.P. stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
