Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to conduct the elections to the Managing committee for the year 2022-2023 to be held on 30.04.2022 or any subsequent date as per the bye laws 2014 existing prior to the EGM dated 03.11.2018.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents submitted that, though the petitioner has come up with the present Writ petition seeking to direct the respondents to conduct elections to the Managing committee for the year 2022-2023 to be held on 30.04.2022 or any subsequent date as per the bye laws 2014 existing prior to the EGM dated 03.11.2018, however, subsequently, the election was conducted as per the provisions of By-law and new body is already constituted and thereby, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4
2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
