Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of declaration to declare the order cancelling the election for the petitioner's society passed by to third respondent on 11.08.2018 as null and void. as the same is passed without power illegally and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of constitution of India.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw writ petition with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner,the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to vediograph the entire election of payment of entire cost by the petitioner. If third respondent apprehend any law and order problem it is always open to him to approach the concerned police station for police protection. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
