ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Docket Order passed by the learned XXVII Assistant Judge at Chennai in EP.No.42 of 2023 in O.S.No.1795 of 2017 dated 13.03.2025.

2. This Court vide order dated 16.07.2025 posted the revision before the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre. Today, this matter was listed under the caption, Mediation Settled Cases. The learned counsel submitted that matter has been settled between the parties and the Settlement agreement entered into between the parties dated 18.11.2025 before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras is produced before this Court. The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties: "... 6. The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto:
a) The petitioner agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in full and final settlement b) The sum of Rs.50,000/- also already in Court deposit. Today the same of Rs.50,000/- paid in cash to the Respondent. c) The petitioner agreed to pay remaining balance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 18.12.2015. In full and final settlement. On payment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 18.12.2025 the respondent agreed and undertake to withdraw all pending proceedings in E.P.No.42 of 2023 in O.S.No.1795/2017 and Section 138 proceedings of Negotiable Instruments Act STC No.659/2021 and all other proceeding if any. In default on the part of the petitioner, the respondent is entitled to proceed all pending proceedings two cases. Under default in payment of Rs.1,00,000/- which the Judgment Debtor has agreed to pay on or before 18.12.2025 the Judgment Debtor shall be liable to pay the entire execution petition amount along with upto date interest, and the full amount in the Section 138 cheque bounce proceedings.

7. By signing this agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to E.P.No.42/2023 and STC No.659/2021 (Case No) and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of conciliation/mediation."
3. The said settlement agreement shall form part of the order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
