This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 18.07.2025, passed by the Family Court in I.A.No.2 of 2024, in O.P.No.1597 of 2023.

GSA 2.In the impugned order, the petitioner who is the father, has been directed to pay Rs.10,000/- as an interim maintenance to his daughter. Being a father, necessarily, he has to support his daughter. The Trial Court has not directed any amount to be paid towards the respondent, who is the petitioner's wife, as she is employed. This Court does not find any infirmity in the directions issued by the Family Court in the impugned order as the amount of Rs.10,000/- directed to be paid by the petitioner to his daughter towards interim maintenance is a reasonable sum. For the foregoing reasons, this Court is not interfering with the impugned order as there is no merit in the Civil Revision Petition.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
