O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 08.05.2015. It is also seen that a civil suit in OS.No.34 of 2015 has been filed by the opposite party against the petitioner before the District Munsif Court, Chengalpet.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a civil suit has been deliberately filed for injunction in order to prevent the police from enquiring into the case.
5. This Court directs the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 08.05.2015 without in any manner being influenced by the civil proceedings and during enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence surfaces, action can be taken in accordance with law.
