ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent police to include the name of Mr.Govardan in Crime No.1243 of 2014 pending on the file of 4th respondent police as an accused and transfer the investigation from the 4th respondent to some other police under the supervision of the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.1243 of 2014 has been conducted and final report has also been filed in C.C.No.119 of 2015 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, against 7 persons including the said Govardan.
