2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of
the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24217 of 2012 dated 02.01.2018 has been complied with.
3. In this regard, the second respondent / District Educational Officer, Tindivanam had issued a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1308/A2/2012, dated 07.09.2018. Therefore, there is no further adjudication is required in this Contempt petition.
Accordingly, this Contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
