3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that during the pendency of the suits, the opposite party had encumbered the suit properties. Since the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature, no positive direction can be given and hence, the petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
