C.M.P.No.10007 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.4445 of 2019 R.KALAIMATHI, J., This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed appellants 3 to 5 namely, 3.Atshaya, 4.Minor Kruthisha 5.Rengam as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Appellant Sattanathan and rank them as the Appellants No.3 to 5 in the above C.M.A.No.4445 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the case after two weeks.
