This application has been filed seeking permission to delete the originally impleaded 2nd defendant and to substitue, in its place, the present 2nd respondent, namely, Google LLC, as the 2nd defendant in the plaint in C.S.No.183 of 2025.

In view of the fact that there is no objection from the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, and this Court being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the application, Application No.1719 of 2026 is allowed. The applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title as well as in the body of the plaint forthwith. 21.04.2026 nvi
