This application has been filed seeking permission to the Applicant to amend the cause title of the affidavit and Judge's Summons in A.No.3932 of 2025 in C.S.No.183 of 2025 by deleting the 2nd Respondent "YouTube LLC" and replace the existing 3rd Respondent "Google LLC" as 2nd Respondent.

In view of the fact that there is no objection from the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, and this Court being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the application, Application No.1721 of 2026 is allowed and the necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith. 21.04.2026 nvi
