'When the matter was taken up, it came to light that it is necessary to take out an amendment application as the name of the petitioner Company is hyphenated in the petition whereas it reads differently (not hyphenated) in the Consortium Agreement dated 12.04.2012 on which the captioned 'Arbitration Original Petition' ['Arb.OP'] is predicated.

2. Faced with the above situation, Mr.Praveen Alexander, learned counsel requested for some time to take out a amendment application. Request acceded to.

3. List along with amendment application after the same is filed, processed and numbered.'

3. This Court having perused support affidavit and having heard learned counsel notices that the amendment sought for is innocuous i.e., amendment only to correct the typographical error and therefore captioned application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Learned counsel to carry out necessary and consequential amendments and also file amended copies within a fortnight from the reopening of this Court post summer vacation i.e., on or before 20.06.2022.
