Mr.T.M. Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both sides, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.
The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of
Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Ref.No.69721/E3/1/2017-1 dated 06.09.2017 passed by the second respondent herein and quash the same and consequently, direct the first and second respondent to appoint the petitioner in the third respondent hospital in the Department of Medical Oncology. 3.
In this writ petition, without challenging the transfer order dated 06.092017, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the order of transfer.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations made in this regard. 5.
It is seen that on 01.11.2017 and 24.12.2017, petitioner has made representations ventilating his grievance against the transfer order.
6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.11.2017 and 24.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
