This petition has been filed to implead the proposed party as one of the respondents in the main writ petition as that party is a vendor from whom, the property which is sought to be attached or the subject property has been purchased. Therefore, being necessary party, to have the complete adjudication in this writ petition, it has become necessitated to implead the said party.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

2. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition.

3. Post the matter after three weeks.
