It appears that the petitioner did not appear before the concerned officer on 28.11.2018 as directed by this Court. It is submitted that the petitioner's wife and the new born baby were seriously sick and that is the reason for his non-appearance. However, he appeared on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 15.12.2018.

2. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and taking into consideration the submissions made and documents produced by the petitioner on 15.12.2018.

3. With the above observation, the above contempt petition is closed.
