O R D E R

The revision petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of his HMOP No.301 of 2016, which he has laid for dissolution of his marriage with the respondent. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner made a fair statement that an application filed by the respondent seeking interim alimony is pending enquiry before the court, since 2018.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is now required to dispose of

the application filed by the respondent seeking interim alimony at the first instance and at any rate, not later than July, 2022 and thereafter make his best efforts to dispose of HMOP No.301 of 2016, by December, 2022. 3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
