The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 9(2) Tamilnadu Prohibition of Smoking and Spitting Act 2002 and 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children Act 2015) and 328, 353 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.61 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have produced mava illegally in the house of A1. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have produced mava illegally in the house of A1. He would submit that as far as first petitioner is concerned, he has got 10 previous cases against him and as far as second petitioner is concerned, he has got 14 previous cases against him. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
