ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in crime no.10/2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to file a report within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 15.05.2025, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of two months.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents are directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
