Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 4th respondent in O.A.No.191 of 2013 dated 9.9.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to great the period of suspension from 25.10.2011 to 15.7.2012 as duty period and grant full pay and allowances for the said period to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 21.01.2014 before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is granted two weeks' time from today to move the Central Administrative Tribunal to challenge the order dated 21.01.2014. In case, any such original application is filed, the same shall be entertained by the Tribunal, without returning on the ground of limitation. No costs.
