Seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court on 03.03.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2527 of 2016 in Crl.OP No.10176 of 2015, the petitioners are before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2. While granting anticipatory bail on 03.03.2016, this court has directed the each of the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the CHEER, No.21/C, Old No.8C, Taylors Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010, Cell No.97100 06555.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners could not mobilize funds to comply with the order of this court and hence seeks modification.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that each of the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the CHEER, No.21/C, Old No.8C, Taylors Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010, Cell No.97100 06555. Time granted by this Court on 03.03.2016 to comply with the conditions is extended by one week, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

6. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
