This Court by order dated 12.06.2024, has passed the following order: "6. Having heard both the learned counsels, it is directed that the said arrangement could continue on every 1st and 3rd Saturdays, but however the timings will be from 10.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. The mother can bring over the child to the District Legal Services Authority complex at Coimbatore on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month and the father can have interaction with the child between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
7. The Principal District Judge /Chair Person of the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore may ensure the presence of a Para Legal Volunteer at that particular point of time during that visitation.
8. A further request is made that on 11.07.2024 the birthday of the child falls. The child goes to school till around 12 p.m. Therefore, the father can have an interaction between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. at the District Legal Services Authority complex at Coimbatore on 11.07.2024 and the same arrangement as stated supra, viz., Para Legal Volunteer being present may be ensured on that particular date also. disposal of the above original petition. The interaction may be between the father and the child along with the mother."
2. Pursuant to the above order dated 12.06.2024, and this Court by order dated 02.07.2024, has granted permission to the parents of the petitioner as well as the petitioner to meet the child of the petitioner at the District Legal Services Complex, Coimbatore, between 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM on 11.07.2024. Accordingly, they went and met the child at the District Legal Services Complex, Coimbatore.
3. In view of the above, the respondent has no objections to continuing the very same.
4. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as per the aforesaid clauses 6, 7 and 8 of the order dated 12.06.2024, till the disposal of the main original petition.
