The petitioner/A2 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.142 of 2022 registered under Sections 409, 420, 34 IPC.

2.On the side of the respondent it is stated that after investigation in Crime No.142 of 2022 in which the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail, final report had been filed and taken cognizance as C.C.No.5335 of 2023, by the Special Court dealing with CCB/CBCID Cases Egmore and the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused.
