d) To permit the Official Liquidator to publish the Sale Notice in one English Newspaper "The New Indian Express" (Tamilnadu Edition) and Vernacular Newspaper in "Dinamani" (Tamilnadu Edition) and also upload the same in MCA website and all Official Liquidator office websites. e) To confirm the sale on the highest bidder/purchaser and permit the Official Liquidator to hand over the immovable assets to the successful purchaser on receipt of entire sale consideration. http://www.judis.nic.in

The learned Deputy Official Liquidator seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this company application with liberty to file a fresh application after correcting the Sale Notice and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
