(CRIME NO.81/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition imposed on 6(c) the petitioners shall stay at periyakulam, report before the periyakulam police station on daily at 10.30 a.m..until further orders on the Petitioners vide order in Crl OP.NO.5743 of 2022 dated 01.04.2022 and pass other or any such orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to pass in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.M.BABU MURUGAVEL For M/S.NATHAN AND ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(C) the petitioners shall stay at Periyakulam, report before the Periyakulam Police Station on daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioners vide order in Crl.O.P.No.5743 of 2022 dated 01.04.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
