ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e 06.05.2022, the respondent Police produced the copy of their response to the petitioner's representation, which shows that the respondent Police refused to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme. The reason stated by the respondent Police in the refusal order dated 05.05.2022, is satisfactory. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2022 was considered by the respondent, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
