The Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondent herein to consider his representation, dated 04.01.2018.
2. According to the Petitioner, he is pursuing B.E. Computer Science in the Respondent/University. It is his case that he was not allowed to sit for the Examinations for the 4th semester. Hence, he made a representation to the Respondent herein on 14.04.2015 in that regard and also made representations to the State Human Rights Commission and the Chief Minister's Cell. After receipt of the letter from the State Human Rights Commissioner, the respondent sent a letter in F.No.92142/K4-D/2016, dated 22.12.2016 directing the Petitioner to pay the fees on or before 28.12.2016. Though the Petitioner paid the rejoining fees of Rs.3,000/- on 22.12.2016 and further paid a sum of Rs.20,000/-, he was unable to mobilize the rest of the fee to the tune of Rs.52,670/- and he could mobilize funds only in April 2017. Hence, the Petitioner made a representation dated 04.01.2018 to the Respondent, seeking permission to pay the 4th semester fees. Respondent, the Petitioner is before this Court by way of the present Writ Petition.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, the Respondent herein is directed to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.13456 of 2018 is closed.
