When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that respondents 1 and 2 have decided to withdraw the tender process and that they are going to issue fresh tenders.

In view of the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjournment is required in this matter and this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the fresh tender process, they are at liberty to agitate based on the pleadings in this Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.25132 and 25133 of 2017 are closed.
