O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking withdrawal and transfer of H.M.O.P.No.654 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court II,

Chennai to Subordinate Court, Pollachi, where the petitioner has stated to be resided.

2. During the course of submission, Mr.B.Yokeshwaran, the learned counsel for the respondent has reported that respondent has no objection for transfer of the H.M.O.P.No.654 of 2023, from the file of the Family Court II, Chennai to the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi. It is also seen from the records that respondent is now in United States of America on account of his employment and he has given Power of Attorney to his father to represent his case.

3. Considering circumstances, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.654 of 2023 pending on the file Family Court II, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Ordinate Court, Pollachi. No costs.
