This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue a Look-Out Circular and seek impounding of the passport of the accused.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has filed a private complaint in STC.No.754 of 2010 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Erode against one Ms.Raziya Sultana and that a non-bailable warrant is pending against the said Raziya Sultana that has been issued by the Trial Court.

3. This petition has been filed with the above prayer for a direction to the police to issue a Look Out Circular and to impound the passport of said Raziya Sultana.

4. The respondent has filed counter detailing the steps that have been taken by the police to secure the accused. It is an offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It is for the Trial Court to take appropriate steps to secure the presence of the accused as provided under the Criminal Procedure Code and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
