ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.03.2022, for the alleged offence under Sections 273, 328 of Indian Penal Code read with 7(1) and 20(1) of Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act and Section 52 an 59 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 in Crime No.133 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 295 kgs of banned tobacco products. Hence the complaint.

3. Earlier, this Court has passed an order on 21.04.2022, after dealing with the merits of the case and there are no change of circumstances that warrants entertaining this bail petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
