1. WMP No.12052 of 2021 To modify the order granted in WMP.No. 1040 of 2020 in WP.No. 865 of 2020 dated 18.02.2021.

2. WMP No.12251 of 2021 To modify the order granted in WMP.No. 4089 of 2020 in WP.No. 3500 of 2020 dated 18.02.2021.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of LSM.HASAN FIZSAL, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE FOR VPR. ELAMPARITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE for the petitioner in all the petitions and of M/S.R.GOURI, ADVOCATE on behalf of the 2ND Respondents in each the petitionsthe court made the following order:- These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed by the Government, seeking to modify the common interim order dated 18.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.M.P.Nos.1025, 1040 and 4089 of 2020 in W.P.Nos.853, 865 and 3500 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the Petitioner / Government in these Miscellaneous Petitions and the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioners.

3. The intention of the Government in filing these petitions for modification of the interim order dated 18.02.2021 appears to be indirectly reviewing the said interim order, which cannot be accepted. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions and the same are dismissed. If the pleadings are complete, Registry is directed to list the main Writ Petitions for final hearing in the month of August, 2021.
