PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of arrest in Crime No.347/2020 in the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kanagamma Chathram Police Station, Tiruvallur District. O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 385, 501(i) of IPC and Section 67 of IT Act, in Crime No.347 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused, had threatened the de-facto complainant and demanded money by showing obscene vedio of the wife of the de-facto complainant. Hence, a complaint was registered by the respondent police.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 4.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as per the confession statement of Sivakumar, who is A2, the petitioner herein, had played a vital role in the entire offence and he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.It is seen that this is third anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
