Respondent/Complainant Prayer:- Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. to modify the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District in Crl.M.P.No.350/2015 dated 23.03.2015 as regular sureties instead of (i) on executing bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties and the sureties must be closely blood related (ii) further on executing a bond for Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for each like sum and they produced the xerox copy of their property documents along with original documents, after verification, the original certificate will be returned to them. This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed vide order dated 23.03.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.350 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District, in Crime No.7980 of 2010 on the file of the respondent. 2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the order dated 23.03.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.350 of 2015, the Condition Nos.1 and 2 imposed on the petitioner in respect of bonds is modified as follows:
"The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur."
All the other conditions imposed on the petitioner by the Sessions Court shall remain unaltered.
