This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, to dispose of I.A.No.791 of 2014 in O.S.No.312 of 2013, within a time frame.
2.It is seen that the petitioner had instituted the suit in O.S.No.312 of 2013 against the respondent for recovery of money. The petitioner has filed an interim application to send the documents for opinion of a handwriting expert.
3.The only grievance of the petitioner is that the application is being adjourned without any justifiable reason. 4.Considering the nature of prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to issue direction as prayed for. 5.In fine, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of I.A.No.791 of 2014 in O.S.No.312 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
