This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the C.M.A.No.3 of 2024 filed by the petitioner, which is pending before the Sub Court, Avinashi. Page No.1 of 4

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. According to the petitioner, C.M.A.No.3 of 2024 is in the arguments stage and there is no progress in the same.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Avinashi to dispose of C.M.A.No.3 of 2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the said CMA.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Sub Court, Avinashi to dispose of C.M.A.No.3 of 2024, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
