CRIME NO.200 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time period for furnishing the sureties by the petitioner before the learned special Judge, (POCSO COURT) Chengalpattu, in complying with the Order dated 06.04.2022 in Crl.OP.No.7903 of 2022 made by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.R.HARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 06.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.7903 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 17.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
