O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.3.2023, wherein the petitioner has sought for police protection for fencing the subject property. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and it was closed on 8.7.2023 and the parties have been directed to workout their remedy before the competent Civil Court. 3.The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded and this writ petition is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. No costs.
