(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.N.Desinghu, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 4 to 6 and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that the property is measured and action would be taken in accordance with law, with regard to the alleged encroachment.

3. In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary. The Writ Petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
