This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent or their men or agents not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that already matrimonial dispute is pending in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2020 and they are not calling the parties in the guise of enquiry.

4. The above submission is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
