This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue NOC to the Swift Car bearing Regn.No.TN04 AF 8815 belonging to the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, to purchase a car, she borrowed a loan from the respondent's Bank in the year of 2011 vide loan Account No.0403301002272 and she paid the entire loan on 15.04.2017, but till date, she was not issued with a NOC from the respondent's bank. While so, she decided to sell her car, for which, NOC is required. In this regard, she submitted a representation dated 27.03.2020 to the respondent requesting to issue NOC to the subject vehicle. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner is before this court with the present writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as agreed by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties, the respondent is directed to pass necessary orders, on the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, after verifying all the records and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
