O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner

has filed a suit in OS.No.4 of 2014 against the respondents herein on the file of the District Munsif, Vanur. The aforesaid suit has been posted for framing of issues and no interlocutory application is pending in the above suit. At this stage, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court to issue a direction to the court below to dispose of the above suit at an earliest.

2. Considering the aforesaid facts and the stage of the suit, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Vanur to dispose of the suit in OS.No.4 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
