This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 09.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5544 of 2023 that the petitioner should stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police for two Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
