(CRIME NO.88/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner to stay at vellore and report before the Vellore South Police Station daily at 10.30am in Crl.OP.NOs.8463&8498/2022 order dated 12.04.2022 and pass such further or other orders.[CRL.MP.NOs.6040 & 6043 of 2022 IN CRL.OP.NOs.8463 & 8498/2022] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S E.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH PETITIONS]and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)[IN BOTH PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos. 8463 & 8498 of 2022 dated 12.04.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioners are complying the condition.
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 8463 & 8498 of 2022 dated 12.04.2022 are relaxed and the petitions are ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of the petitioners were directed to stay at Vellore and report before Vellore South police daily at 10.30 a.m. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
